Can a DUI case be closed if someone does not finish its probation, after some time has passed.. ?

It basically ain't over till it's over. If you haven't finished your probation, now's the time to negotiate how to do that and get this thing behind you. Otherwise there's likely a warrant for your probation violation that some day will rise up and bite you.

The bench warrant may be removed in 10-20 years. It depends on the Court.
