Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

dui

on christmas eve i was stopped for allegedly weaving. i was asked if i was taking any prescription drugs. i answered yes and was placed in handcuffs, and given a field sobriety test., i explained had been taking the drug for 25 years. i passed every aspect of the test except the part i have to hold up one leg at a time, because i am still recovering from a traumatic broken leg injury and subsequent surgeries. i agreed to a blood test by the officer in his car, without written consent, given back my license, the officer parked my car and was driven home. the ticket contained erroneous info, including a wrong vin number, driver's license number, license number, employer and occupation (drywall contracting) i am a 57 yr.old woman and unemployed! were my rights violated and what can i expect? thank you
