DUI while conducting a scooter.

1. To drive a scooter under 50cc's, is it necissary to have a drivers license in the state of Colorado?

2. When refusing a breatherlizer, can my license be revoked?

If it's a motor scooter, you will lose your license, assuming no procedural issues involved in the police stop. If it's a motorized bicycle, you will not. Either way, you must ask for a Department of Revenue hearing within seven days of your ticket.
