Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

I have a dui and would like to know if i can drive a scooter to and from work.

Colorado recently changed the law to require a drivers license for scooters. See definition of low powered scooter in 42-1-102 C.R.S. and License Requirement in 42-2-103 C.R.S.!
