Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

DUI Drugs

I've never smoked pot but i was pulled over speeding and charged with duid. The po thought i was drunk cause i failed the fst. I blew .00 and 0 cannabis showed up on the urine test. I made bail for $1000 and had to pay $250 to get my car out of impound. I LIVE 2000 MILES AWAY and have a court date next week. What should I do to get the charges thrown COMPLETLY???

There is no way that I can advise you on how to get the charges,

"thrown COMPLETLY," unless you went to law school, passed the bar, practiced Criminal or Dui for a few years. Seriosly, you have a serious legal problem that requires professional, legal help. I agree, but if I understand your situation, you LIVE in SC, but you got arrested in CO? You will need to contact a Colorado attorney for assistance with a criminal charge in that state.
