dui, F.T.C, and licensing
I got a DUI in late 2004. I did not comply with the terms of the probation. My license revocation expired in early 2007. In order to get my license back the DMV says I have to submit my alcohol class completion certificate which I never completed or started, do to cost and the fact I moved to another state. As well as clear up two oustanding judgement warrants. I now live in Washington and really need my license, I assumed the two entities were seperate (DMV and courts). Do I need to go back to CO. and turn myself in? Can I get my license while transferring court obligations to WA? I know I'll need a lawyer but what can I do on my own?

Not much you can do on your own. An attorney may be able to get the bench warrants quashed without you coming back.

Essentially, you are a fugitive. What you can do on your own, is turn yourself in. What you should do on your own, is hire a lawyer to negotiate your warrants and likely jail sentence.
Good luck.
