What is the law for sentencing in Fort Collins CO when an individual is ticketed for DUI, running a red light and causing an injury accident to another party?

Possibly jail depending on your record and how seriously the person was injured. You could be charged with a felony (vehicular assault) if the injuries were serious. A felony charge could mean a prison sentence. I'd definitely get an attorney on this one!
