DUI without a license

Would you go to jail or get a wose penalty if you got a DUI and didn't have a license???

it depends on why you do not have a license. If you were revoked for an alcohol offense, then you will be subject to a mandatory 30 days of jail. If you never had a license and were never revoked, then you will get the same as DUI with a license.
