DUI marijuana
I was pulled over, for not stopping completely at red light to turn right at 1215am, and they saw my marijuana pipe with marijuana, however i smoked it 2 hours prior, and shopped at a walmart a far distance away, obviously if i was any danger i wouldnt have gotten from walmart to atleast 20 miles, also they mention my head light was out, they made me do some test, like walking straight line, i beleive i did all the test well enough, but for the walking in line and keeping balance on one leg, i wondered if they were affected because of my weight, it would be difficult to be on one foot, also it was cold outside, and i was very nervous since this is my first offence. they made me take a urine sample, but they can only speculate that i was under the influence, because there is no percentage like alchohol.

Lets talk. Expect that the DA will offer DWAI, with probation and classes. These cases are often pled down to a non-DUI type offense, but rarely without an attorney. As for the urine test, it is unlikely that any actual evidence of current impairment can be derived from that evidence. The only way to find that evidence is with a blood test.
Being overweight can affect the Walk and Turn and the One Leg Stand. Also, in my experience, the police rarely score these correctly. I am pretty good as proving they do not follow the rules.
