DUI points

When do you get points back on your license from a DWI ticket? I got a DUI charge in May of 08 that was 8 pts.

points last for a total of 24 months from date of offense -

12 points in 12 months or

18 points in 24 months

remember that a DUI or DWAI is a major traffic offense for habitual traffic offender purposes
