DUI help
What would be the most likely punishment for a 18 year old in an automobile accident and that blew a .07? This particular 18 year old has never had never been in any legal trouble and is now enrolled in college and is paying for that and his room and board by himself and can't afford a lawyer.

Re: DUI help
Depends on where the accident occurred. There would likely be loss of license for 1 yr and no jail. Fines and costs usually run about $500 - 700. Alcohol classes and community service would be required.
