Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

I recently got senteced in Douglas County for 1st dui in state of colorado, I hired a lawyer and did tell her i had to previoius convictions in Utah, Instead of a trial hearing my lawyer told me i was only being charged with my first and i should take what they were offering which i did. After sentencing i had to talk with a P.O, he found i did have 2 previous dui convictions and why did i lie, i did not lie being my first in colorado, I was told by him that i might have to fly back if my interstate paper work was not finished, i contacted him to make sure i did not have to go back to C,O, he told me everything was okay, I was also sentenced to 30 day home confinement, and 60hrs community service, I called the clerk 03/20/07 to see if they recieved my payment, she informed me they did and i also had a warrant for my arrest, After many calls i was informed that i was supposed to be in court 03/15/07, which neither my lawyer or the courts did not contact me, I did talk to someone in her chambers, he informed my that the courts had a problem with my Utah address, A half-hour later the mail arrived with my warrant from Douglas County, I was told to get a hold of my lawyer, she will not return any of my calls, Pleaseget back with me ty
