Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

I recieved a dui on 2/20/03 and have not had any dui convictions in about 8 or 9 years . What do you think the out come will be? Any answers well help . Thank You Very Much. Stan Houston

It sounds like you have a prior DUI charge somewhere. It usually does not matter how old it is, the DA will still say this is a 2nd ord 3rd etc and the judge will agree. You need to treat this case seriously. You are facing a possible jail sentence and loss of license. If you have been notified of DMV revocation, then you need to request a hearing. Do not request the officer to be present. It is best to contact and hire an attorney immediately to have the best chances of keeping your license and staying out of jail. good luck -
