DUI Refusal to blow
First DUI Refusal to blow was not told what would happen if didn't take test. Can You get liscense for working can you have blow machine installed on car. Can you do anything to be able to drive at least to work with refusal

You need to contest the revocation and win to be able to drive. If you do not, you will not be able to drive at all for a year.

If you have not requested a DMV hearing, do it today. Go to DMV office and say got dui and want to request a hearing.
This has to be done within 7 days of arrest.
No probationary license for refusal. 1 year mand license loss. Cop does not have to advise you.
