DUI. My son passed road side, blew .08 was not read rights. He agreed to blood test, officer traveled in excessive speed to station (20min @95 mph). My question is the finding of the blood test were .145, is that possible with the breath test being so much lower? CT

There is no asurance that the portable breath test is accurate you should talk to an experienced dui attorney.
