My son was stop and the office said he was wariving over the line. my son took a blood test, waiting on the test my son he was not drunk, he did the walk test and passed it. he did have some wine early that night about 8 0r 9, he was stopped about 1am in the morning him and 2 other guys. after taking the blood test the officer let in go. his let his friend drive. what happens now.

Next the Police will test the blood sample. Depending on the alcohol level your son may face a driver's license suspension and criminal prosecution.

Your son probably received a ticket with an appearance date. He must appear.
His driving privilege may be suspended in Colorado if his BAC is over .08. They will mail that information in about 20-30 days. If he gets a notice of revocation, then he needs to request a DMV hearing within 7 days (date noted on notice).
I would get an attorney to make sure everything is done right. It is possible that the BAC is high enough to charge, but that an attorney can get him a good deal, like a non-alcohol offense.
