Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

Dui

I was in a vehicle accident.I had been drinking.I have not been found guilty of this.An employee passed the information on that they thought I was drunk to someone who was not an employee rather he was a coworker of mine but his wife workes for the fire department. The man has now been spreading this around to everyone. Was it legal for the fire department to give out that information even though I have not been found guilty yet or been to court?

Re: Dui

There is no law that I know of to prevent a fireman from expressing an opinion. An auto accident is a public event. You should use your energy to fight whatever charge has been made against you, rather than wonder about taking revenge on the fireman.
