If work release or electronic monitoring is sentence can it be done in a difference county than one convicted of DUI? If yes, what is procedure?

Depends on the county. I routinely get the courts in the front range to agree to electronic monitoring in other counties.
Work release is more difficult. If you can, check with your local sheriff to see if he has room before you go to sentencing.
