dwai or dwi

I do know that a dwai or a Dui is a mistermeaner(how ever it is spelled) Is any traffic ticket a mistermeaner.

No, mister. There are traffic infractions, for instance. The other one is kind of a meaner infraction.

Not all traffic offenses are misdemeanors. Many are classified below misdemeanors as "infractions." DWAI and DUI are specifically classified as misdemeanors by statute.
