I received a ticket for speeding, 77 in a 55 and driving a vehicle while impaired by alcohol. My breatalyzer was .083. Will I have a mandatory license suspension?

You might get a points suspension based on 8 points for the DWAI and 6 points for the speeding ticket. You get suspended at 12 points. I would expect that you should be able to plea it down to a lesser so that you keep your license. If not, DMV can issue a license allowing you to drive to work if this is only a points suspension.
