Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

Get Dwai of record

I received a DWAI in Eagle County Colorado on April 15, 2003. I am now tring to apply for my masters. I was wondering there a way to get this off my record so that I do not have to put it on the Grad school application. Also, for future employment.

If you pled guilty and were convicted, no. If you pled guilty to a deferred sentence, then maybe, but only after the deferred is complete.
