Dwi

I got a DWI in colorado, but I live in Texas. I don't know what is going to happen, how to find a lawyer, etc. It is my first offense and I'm cluless. As someone without a lot of money or other recources, what do I do and what is going to happen?

Re: Dwi

Among your concerns are whether your drivers license will be suspended in Texas after this case is completed in Colorado. You have rights to DMV hearings on your license and to challenge the DUI. We can often get this accomplished without your presence. I am experienced and less expensive than most. If the DUI is not in my area, I will help you find someone good there.

Re: Dwi

You should retain an experienced attorney who appears in the court in which you are charged. He may be able to appear and settle the matter without you having to return.
