Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

Hit and Run, with DUI

Hello, My son (20 yrs old) has been arrested for a hit and run, he had been drinking (BA 0.175). We have been trying to move back to Texas..do you think the charges can be moved from Colorado to Texas? If so, do we wait until after the hearing, I suppose?

If he is put on probation, he will have to get permission from TX to move there.

No, the charges cannot be moved from Colorado to Texas.
