A friend of mine has recently been charged with a DUI, but they (whoever they is?) has LOST the independant analysis of his/her blood alcohol level. How should I proceed?
Thanks

You should not procede. Your friend's attorney should know what to do. If you are representing her there are many cases to guide you.

Your friend should hire an attorney who specializes in DUI defense in that jurisdiction; lack of a second sample may assist in a favorable resolution.
