Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

Information Request & price

I just got a DWAI in Denver County with a Breath Test of .063. I was also cited for careless driving and entering a roadway. It is my first offense however I have 2 previous speeding tickets on my record totaling 5 points. Should I go to plea bargain by myself and expect a non alcholol offense or should I hire an attorney?

Do not expect to be offered a non-alcohol offense. Get an attorney on the case if you want to try an avoid a life-time permanent criminal conviction on your record.
