interlock
I refused test in 2006 and plead to dwai. Had offense in 1990,1986,84,78,75. 17 years no tickets blown for family event. Can I get interlock so I can get to alcohol classes ,doctors etc? Disabled and in need of some form of liscense.

After one year of no license, you can apply for interlock. But, do you have a revocation longer than a year? likely not with that plea.
