Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

minor DUI

When sentenced in CO for an aggravated DUI, my 17yo son received a deferred sentence. He completed all court requirements and fulfilled his probation requirements. During the probationary period he tried to get a job and the background check showed his guilty plea and all his court ordered requirements. Now that he has successfully completed the courts requirements will his record still show all convictions or will it show DUI non-conviction?

Re: minor DUI

It will show the charge, it will show the deferred, and it will show that the deferred was successfully completed and the charge dismissed. The record itself may be able to be sealed.

Re: minor DUI

Until and unless he files for sealing, it will show an arrest.
