missed court date
my cousin receieved a DWAI last fall, had several court dates and was on probation for a year. However a couple months ago he was supposed to be back in court for i guess an update of what he had done towards his required community service.. etc. He missed that court date because he mis-read the date of the court hearing. I'm assuming he now has a bench warrant out on his arrest. He doesn't want to contact his p.o. or know what steps to take now and i'm afraid things will get worse if he keeps neglecting this? What should we be doing to get him back on track?

Contact the Court and find out when he can go in as an add on.
