Moving to Colorado with a restricted license from California

I am moving to Colorado but I have a restriction on my license from California because of a DUI. What do I have to do to get a license in Colorado? Will they make me install an interlocking device for the remainder of my restriction? Should I just wait until the restriction is removed?

Apply for a license. If you are turned down, keep your CA license and contact an attorney.
