Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

Plea bargain not in on time, moved, now what?

Was living in CO at time of stop for following too close and given a ticket for Dui. Plea bargained to Dwai but never received the paperwork. Moved to Tx and now have hold on my license and a warrant. Can I get this handled without returning to CO?

Most likely, yes, but it depends which county and judge you have.

Probably - depends on judge.

the hold is usually for a warrant fee. This can often be quashed by paying about $30 to the clerk in the jurisdiction once you have appeared. A lawyer can usually get this delt with pretty easy. You may be able to do it directly with the DA.
