Police Statement
If I already gave a statement to the
police at the time of a crime as a
witness, can i be held in contempt if i
do not reply to the messages
requesting a statement by the
defendant's lawyer or prosecutor? I
am being told since I already gave a
statement I am ''deemed'' by the
prosecution. What does this mean?

Re: Police Statement
until and unless you are properly subpoenaed, you cannot be sanctioned by anyone -
no idea what deemed means, I think you may have the wrong word
