A prior dui & dwai and possibly 2 more pending
I have 2 prior dui convictions and recently got pulled over for dur that was later changed to a dwai after court.. I have trial in feb but picked up a dui in nov which could be my fourth if both are convictions how much jail time am I looking at and would work release be a possibility???

big issue is where are these cases? the new ones only, unless you are on probation for the old ones.
you could get 1-2 years in jail, but sentencing alternatives depend on the county and the specific judge

If you have a trial in February, you have a lawyer, and should be asking this of your lawyer. If you don't have a lawyer, now would be a good time to get one.
