Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

I am currently on probation from a DUI from 2 years ago and got pulled over today 3 blocks away from home for driving with a restrained/revoked license and my insurance has lapsed so I currently have no insurance. My court date is set for next month and I'm wondering if it would help to hire a lawyer or am I screwed either way. Does anybody know what the max./min penalties are? We are flat broke but If a lawyer would save me from going to jail I would want to get the help. I would greatly appreciate any advice/suggestions. Thank You, Mike

It depends on the county where you were pulled over. Sometimes we are able to avoid jail.
