What are the proper responses to the standard questions asked by police when getting pulled over for suspicion of DUI?

What is the proper response when asked by the police if you've had anything to drink?

Can you get your license revoked if you agree to take a blood/urine test but refuse a roadside breathalizer?

It sounds like you anticipate being stopped after you have had something to drink. You should never place yourself in that position. You can not be revoked for refusing the roadside breathalyzer or the roadside tests.
