I received a dui in Ohio in 2006. At that time I was a resident of Ohio. Although I am able to reinstate my Ohio drivers license I do not want to because I am currently a resident of Colorado. My question, will I be able to get a new drivers license in Colorado even though my license in Ohio still shows suspended due to failure to reinstate? Thanks.

you should be able to get a license in colorado
you may be able to reinstate in ohio by paying a fee so that next time you drive in ohio, it is legal to do so
