not sure what to do
When i got released from jail following a dui, i only recieved the express consent affidavit and notice of recocation paper, nothing else, when will i get notified about when i have court and everything else i have to go through

To get your court date, call the jail you were released from and they should be able to tell you. If not, then call the county court in the county that you were arrested and the clerk of court should be able to look up your name and give you the court date.
More important -
It sounds like you took a breath test or refused and your license was revoked. If you want to contest this, you need to contact DMV and request a hearing within 7 days of getting the revocation notice. DO NOT REQUEST THAT THE OFFICER BE PRESENT. This will allow you to drive until then in some circumstances. DMV hearings can be won.
