Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

I'm revoked in missouri. Can i get any type of driving privelage in colorado.

I was revoked 2 years ago for five years in missouri. I have three dwi's, but the first was an s.i.s. and not on my criminal record. I just moved to colorado to go to school. Is there any type of driving privelage I can get to go back and forth to work and school.(ignition interlock, hardship, or anything) thanx

It is possible you may qualify. You have to have not driven for one year. You must be a Colorado resident at the time you apply. Colorado law as applied to your facts must allow you a license. In other words, if everything had happened in Colorado, would you get a license. It takes a case by case analysis. Please call 303-332-3602, if you wish to discuss it further.
