Rights of a minor
If a minor is arrested for a dui, are the parents supposed to be notified immediately before any testing is done or are the authorities allowed to do an urinalysis without parental consent?

There is no provision in the DUI law for notice, but there is a provision of the juvenile law that says that a minor may not be questioned without notice/consent of parent. The problem is that this is a search, not questioning. There is a possible voluntariness issue here. I have not heard that this has been litigated, so maybe a very good issue - or maybe nothing.
