Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

school and home detention

I have to serve three months in

ASU in Fort Collins. I am currently

going to college and wondering

how I am going to get all my

homework done � all computer

classes. Would it be better for me

to try to get home detention? Could

I still go to school with a home

monitor unit on? Thank You very

much for your answer.

yes - class schedules can be kept with home monitoring - work release also allows schooling as a form of work

You should be allowed to go to school while on in home detention.
