skipped out on probation officer
My brother has not seen his
probation officer in five months and
now he has two warrents out for his
arrest. Is there anything that he
could do to prevent him from going
to gail? If he calls his PO now will he
go straight to gail?

Well, if he's been in a coma for five months, it's possible his PO will be sympathetic. Possible.
Still, he won't go straight to jail. First he'll have a little conversation with the PO. Then he'll go to jail. Assuming he cooperates, doesn't run, etc.
