My son got his DUI case dismissed by a judge wihtout prejudice (in Colorado) The DMV hearing was prior tothe dismial case and they revoked his license for a year. the DMV will not give him a second hearing. Does he have any recourse? or a way to appeal the DMV decision?

If it was a 9 month revocation he can request a hearing for a 1 month revocation followed by an 8 month probationary period. Appeals are much tougher than people think. First, he would need to have an appealable issue, then file in district court.
