There's not enough information to answer.

It depends on the jurisdiction, your record (here and elsewhere), your BAC, if there was an accident, and your drug/alcohol use history to name a few item.

The generic answer is two years supervised probation, with alcohol education/therapy, public service, the MADD class, and abstention from alcohol and other mind altering substances.
