Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

First time DUI

I was stopped for speeding (10/07/04), which I never got to see how much over the speed limit

I was field tested (many types) passed all. the officer told me because of my breath smell and asked me to either have a breath or a blood test I choose the blood test and I just (today) got the result=.094 I was cuffed and booked. then retested . I was not ever mirandized. I have a good record. the only thing is that about a month an a half ago I got a speeding ticket on eagle county and I paid that ticket an I know it is only 2 point out my 12. any way I was charged w/ dui. way before my blood test and now that I have them I am pretty sure I have a DUI.

I paid $10 to cover bail

I was released PR to my mother.

can I get a deferred judgment? what are my options. do you have any suggestions?
