Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

underage drinking

I just got a DUI a few weeks ago and my sixth underage a few days ago I've been to court for neither and I'm curious as to wat I should expect I'm only 17 (my 18th birthday's on March 21) I need help

Some judges may give you jail. You better get a defense attorney.

You do need help, and not just from an attorney. I'm not sure what you think the significance of your upcoming 18th birthday is. You may be tried as an adult anyway, and you can't drink legally until 21. A third underage conviction for an alcohol offense can get you jailed. If you qualify, call the public defender, or if you have means (yourself or your parents, guardians or friends), hire a lawyer.
