Legal Question in DUI Law in Colorado

Vehicular assault

The insurance company that agreed to pay their part have not cooperated and havent retured any of my phone calls. I would like to reopen my case and take them to court as well as possibly try and get my felony dropped. Is that possible?

Who knows? You haven't provided any info, but if you are charged with a felony, you need to contact an attorney, private or public defender.
