vehicular assault
the insurance company had settled and still haven't paid. they won't return my phone calls. I would like to reopen my case and take the insurance to court considering this happened in 2004 and the courts haven't received nothing. I would also like to see if my felony could be dropped to something lower considering it's my first offense. Is that possible?

I require additional information to answer your question. It sounds like there was a civil case against you, which your insurance company settled on your behalf. It sounds like there was also a criminal felony case against you, but it's unclear whether you have been charged or convicted, or what. Please explain.
