I was on a Vespa scooter, in the front, the passenger was helping me drive the scooter, late and over alcohol limit, cops chg'd him with DWI, but didn't chg me with anything. Family has hired a lawyer and want to get him off saying I was driving the vehicle. If he wins this case, will the state charge me with the DUI?
