Legal Question in Education Law in Colorado
OK so my bf is 16. he has not been going to school for a while now but is almost 17 in 20 days, where he can legally drop out. the school dropped the charges on him, but he went to court for truancy which doesn't add up because they dropped charges. They put him in PYC and i was wondering the max he could be in there or if he's not suppose to be in there. Please help.
