Legal Question in Education Law in Colorado

Wrong name on legal document
I received a summons addressed to myself but in the legal summons, when listing the charges against me it does not read my name it reads another person's name, but it should say my own. Is this grounds for dismissed charges or what can happen. Appreciate anything you can give me. Thanks

A summons is an important legal document. Without seeing the document, I cannot advise you.

However, you should immediatley contact an attorney to assist you as a summons generally indicates serious problems.
