Intent to commit emotional distress
What is the statute of limitation for using legal action with this title? My siblings took my mother away with my dog. I was not allowed to have contact with my mother for a year and a half; they gave my dog away and she later died. All this as they liquidated mothers assets and even committed fraud against me. I still suffer from the loss of contact with my mother and the loss of my companion as I live alone and am 63. This all happened 2-3 years ago. My mother is in a home and I speak to her nearly every day and visit her 3-4 times a year as she is in another state. Can I initiate any legal action for the emotional stress I was put through? Thank you

you can, but it will cost more than it's worth.
